"I don't really see the point of insurance or paying over $100 for ifs and maybes but they are quick to take it each month and easy to talk to on the phone but I'll keep paying because it's the law 👍 Raised my monthly premium with no warning called to get it fixed and they were less than helpful"

Rates can adjust every 6 months... if you'd like to call and ask for Clint, I'll be happy to review with you... typically when rates increase by small amounts, we allow the mailed/emailed documents to notify customers. When rate adjustments are larger, we call to review discounts and make sure everything is set up for your best benefit. We also call homeowners annually for a review to make sure everything is up to date. Happy to review with you and make sure there's no other way to cut your monthly payment! :-) -Clint"

"This office has the best staff to work with. Friendly, easy going, polite, and understanding. Very cool office that appears to have been a house at one time. Has handicap accessible entry in front. Best rates I've found in town. Bonus, the office always smells nice!"
